Andrew Ford Cartwright came into this world June 16, 1986 with a smile on his face and left us to spread his joy to his heavenly friends on October 20, 2017. As a young boy, he loved the outdoors, his dogs, people and spending time traveling with his grandparents.

Scuba diving became a passion of his and he qualified as a Dive Master at 18. Additionally, he earned a Non-Destructive Testing Certification from Ocean Corp enabling him to work on oil refineries, pipelines, and nuclear facilities.

After a year of work, he decided to use his love of computers to co-found, along with his childhood friend Trent Patterson, Fiber Hosting, Inc. with facilities in Atlanta, Georgia while simultaneously graduating from ITT with a degree in Network Security and Computer Forensics.

Andrew relocated to the island of Hawaii for three years where he came to know the Lord and was baptized in the Pacific Ocean off the big island of Hawaii.

He returned to his East Texas home in 2015, obtained his real estate license and joined his Dad, Ford, in Cartwright Real Estate as the Chief Technology Officer. With his technology expertise, he was rapidly updating the company's web presence. Besides representing buyers and sellers he earned his Remote Pilots License to fly drones and make one of a kind videos of the company's listings. He maintained his pursuit of knowledge by taking courses in an effort to obtain his Accredited Land Consulting Certification.

He will be missed by his parents, Ford and Becky Cartwright; his loving fiancee', Nara Soun; grandmother, Betty Jean Cartwright; grandfather, Norwood Heinley; Aunt Bernice Cartwright; Uncle Jim and Aunt Ann Heinley; cousins, Deanna and Bryan Metcalf, Pam and Alan Bryant, and BJ and Carrie Heinley.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Baxter Polk Cartwright, Jr and grandmother, Melba Heinley.

Andrew was an eighth generation Texan.
